Check Balance Using The Code *143#

When you have completed the registration of your Globe and TM SIM and you want to check the eligibility of your Globe SIM, you can use the dialling code for this. Using this you can easily check your SIM balance, data balance and prepaid Wi-Fi balance, for which you have to follow these steps.

Globe SIM Balance Check

1. You have to open the dialer on your phone.
2. Type the code *143# and press the dialer button.
3. You will be able to see all the balance of your Globe SIM at the top.

Data Balance Check

1. Select My Account and enter 0 then click on Send Button.
2. Select Data Balance and enter 1 then you have to click Send.
3. Wait for a while until you receive a message from Globe Telecom about the remaining data balance of your SIM card.

Prepaid WIFI Balance Check

1. After dialling *143#, you have to select the My Account option.
2. You have to click on the My Devices option and press the Send button.

Chose one of the following

• Enter ‘1’ to view your Mobile Wi-Fi/Mi-Fi balance.
• Enter ‘2’ to know your remaining Globe At Home balance.

1. If you want to know your Wi-Fi balance, then you can select 1.

1. If you are a Globe SIM prepaid user, then you have to enter 1 or 2 and if you are a postpaid user, then you have to click on Send.
2. You have to enter your mobile Wi-Fi or My Fi prepaid number and press the Send button.

1. By entering 1 and pressing the Send button, you select your balance inquiry.
2. Now you can easily know your remaining prepaid balance without using any app.

Text To 8080

1. Open the Messages app on your mobile.
2. Start writing a new message. In the message, you have to write the data ball and send it to 8080.
3. After waiting for some time, a message will be sent to you regarding the remaining balance.

Check Balance Using Globe One App

1. You have to download the Globe One app from the Play Store.
2. Log in to the Globe One app using your registered Globe SIM number.
3. After logging in, open the Globe One app.
4. You will see the balance and data of your Globe SIM on the Globe One app dashboard, which you can easily check.
